Dave Walker, presiding over the meeting, shared four angels have contributed to Rotary's Little League Sponsorship.  Any other Rotarians feeling so inclined are welcome to join in contributing to the sponsorship.

Debbi Corbett informed the club of upcoming opportunities for service:  Holiday Food Basket Packing - December 15 at 8 am beginning at Holiday Market.  She has arranged for us to solicit WOW Points at Holiday Market on Saturday, December 10 and Saturday December 17 from 10 until 3 each day.  If you can sign up for a 2.5 hour shift, please let Debbi know.  A sign-up sheet will circulate at next week's meeting as well.

She also shared her gratitude to fellow Rotarians for supporting the Rotary Foundation, in this its 100th anniversary.  A fellow Rotarian has donated matching points that some members took advantage of to reach a Paul Harris (a level of $1,000 in giving).

Mark Fleming showed off the Club's awards received at the recent Area 4 Foundation Dinner.  Congratulations to Penn Valley Rotarians!!

Our special guest speaker, Julie Baker, Executive Director for the Center for the Arts, treated us to a myriad of information and details on what happens throughout the year.  We heard of upcoming scheduled events and insight into all they do.  What a privilege it is to have such talented and caring people making this the best place ever to live!  Thank you, Julie!
