I want to thank Doug McDonald and Barbara Ross for their assistance in helping me with my Share Our Success (SOS) compilation, our District 5190 recognition application. They saved me a ton of time. I have not been this busy with my real job in years.
I'll be at Buttermaker's Cabin at Western Gateway Park on Saturday, April 23rd at 9:00am to see who may show to help for Rotarians at Work Day. If I am the only one there, I won’t be staying long. For those who decide to make it, bring gloves, small trowels and a 5 gallon bucket. Rain could prove to be a problem.
Three bottles of wine were donated by club members for the District 5190 Conference wine basket and Sheila donated a gift certificate from Crazy 4 Yogurt. Thank you.
Stephanie Ortiz from Sierra College gave a program last week about Junior Achievement with lots of club interaction. Stephanie is looking for volunteers from Area 4 Rotary clubs to assist in this effort.
Our program for this week will be Captain Jeff Pettitt from the Nevada County Sheriff's Office.
