We had the pleasure of Wildwood’s new GM, Bob Mariani, join us last week. He brings with him a impressive resume of running and managing HOAs, and of course, most importantly, he’s an Aztec! Yep! San Diego State grad!!
While still trying to get a handle on all things Lake Wildwood, he finds himself swirling around a lake plague that’s gone viral on both social and national media. And, I’m not even mentioning the Clubhouse and its growing issues.

Next week, we haven’t a scheduled speaker. My plan is to discuss the results of the membership survey which about half of you have returned. Statistically, that a pretty good response. But, as a small group, 14 out of a list of 33...eh... not so much.
