See's Candy Sales – All club members need to sell! This is our fundraiser to pay for the activities we are doing in the community. (Unless you would like to write a check for $150, thank you very much) The form is attached (click here) and will also be handed out at the club meeting on March 21. Checks are to be made out to Penn Valley Rotary Foundation and are tax deductable. As a group we need to sell at least $500 worth of product; most items will earn the Club $3.25 - $4.10 per item. Gift certificates are great for all year round – save it for an upcoming birthday or anniversary. Your pre-order sales will end on April 4th. Speech Contest at our Club meeting March 21! Don’t be late – you will be able to meet the contestants during fellowship and enjoy their speeches during the Club meeting. Thank you to those members who are helping with the judging process.
Area Music Contestis scheduled for 1 pm, Saturday, April 22 at the Lyman Gilmore multi-purpose room in Grass Valley. All club members and spouses are encouraged to attend.
Area Speech Contestis scheduled for Tuesday, April 4 at 11:30 am at the Methodist Church in Grass Valley. The luncheon price will be $17 per person. This will be our Club meeting instead of being at Players. (Your See’s pre-sell sheets are due that day – bring them or get it to me!!) Car pooling is suggested – need a ride – call Karen or Dave.
