Thursday, August 31....Western Nevada County Rotarians are invited to come out to support our Nevada Union Miners Freshman Football Team... at Hooper Stadium on the NU Campus. Kickoff is 6:00 PM, tickets: $7 for adults, $5 for students/children, $5 for senior citizens. The snack shack will be open with pizza, drinks and snacks and the swag shop will be open where you can get all your new Miner T-shirts, hats and pompoms! Bring the family. Prayers and contributions for our Rotary friends and all in Maui... Members in our club are working with the farming community to have our club participate in gleaning and/or a farm to table event...talk to Tom Diede if you're interested in gleaning...
