President's Message
Did you have a great Easter?  I sure hope you did.  Several of us were at the Easter egg Hunt Saturday at Western Gateway Park.  As you could image, the hunt was a mad dash for the kids and lasted about 5 minutes max.  I was the monitor for the 1-3 Ages (assigned by Darleen Won Golder) and I enjoyed watching our 2 year old grand niece try and figure out what she was supposed to do.  It was great fun and a good community event. Of course, the Easter Bunny showed up in a Fire Engine to the delight of the youngsters and many adults as well.
We supported the Easter Egg Hunt with a donation of $250 plus an extra $50 to help pay for a new Bunny Suit.
The Bailey and Landis Scholarship winners have been picked for this year.  We will be awarding these scholarships in the very near future based on proof of enrollment in College.
I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!
