Last week's meeting highlighting the 2019-2020 District Club Awards was very exciting! As a club, we just do the work that Rotarians do in our community, however it's nice to be recognized for our work and projects...our club received awards in the follow areas: Support and Strength of Club - Silver; Humanitarian Service - Gold; Public Image & Awareness - Gold...each of these awards were presented based on the number of listed achievements the club completed.

Our Club was also recognized for the following projects of the year: Education and Literacy - Science Night at Williams Ranch School; Peach and Conflict Prevention - for "Breaking Down the Walls" at Ready Spring School...we also received a silver Rotary International Citation. Thanks to the hard work of all our Penn Valley Rotary Club members for a great year!!
