Thanks to Leon for sharing with us his experience, so far, as a Rotary Youth Exchange student...we'll have him back for an update .. Also super thanks to Nicole and Matt VVG and Melissa Conley for staffing the WOW table collection last weekend...one for on December 3...see below for assignments... Make sure and pay your dues...You should have received a statement with info on your current standing...Also, if you have not make a donation to the Rotary International Foundation, bring a check to the meeting and we'll get it off to them... INFO FOR THE NEW YEAR... We will be going back to the 1st and 3rd Tuesday meeting schedule (like during President Joyce's year) ...starting in January...same place, same time only the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays...with a quarterly social or field trip... NEXT MEETING .... FIELD TRIP!! Nov 29...Late Afternoon field trip to The Thrive Students Store on the Ready Springs school campus (10862 Spencville Road) ...we'll have a tour around the store by Hannah at 4:15, then for those who choose, head to Northridge for dinner... Dec 6...Jesse Locks, President of the Sierra Gold Parks Foundation which includes Bridgeport and the Empire Mine Parks, will talk about the state of our parks in our county....Make sure you get your name for a Secret Santa gift... Dec 13...Ever wonder who makes those amazing mannequins for museums and tourist areas? Artist & Rough and Ready resident Steve Egge will talk about his artistry... Dec 20...Happy Holidays!! Secret Santa Party...Ugly Sweater contest...who can beat Bruce?? Dec 27 ...Dark MARK YOUR CALENDARS...
