Tuesday, March 18 (actually birthday date March 17)...Penn Valley Rotary Club birthday...St. Paddy's day...and Brian Bisnett of 49er Breakfast Rotary, will discuss an International project in Mexico with the Rotary club of San Miguel Allende..Viveros Project, The project seeks to install working greenhouses, with accompanying cisterns, in schools throughout the region, to support the environmental education programs. The curriculum instructs students in plant propagation techniques, the importance of gardens and nutrition, the ecological workings of the watershed, and much more.
Tuesday, April 1...no foolin' ... we're having a meeting on this date...We'll have an update on the Daffodil Run and jobs that might still need to be covered, and a rep from Compassionate Care (Formerly Hospice) will chat about their restructuring to better serve the community...

Every Friday at 9:50 am, Ready Springs school is allowed to pick up snack items from the NC Food Bank...Most Fridays, Lindy has been doing this however we need a second set of hands to help when she's not available...let's chat about this at the meeting on Tuesday..
