Little Libraries Spark Interest Lindy Beatie gave a presentation on the Little Libraries, small stand alone book cupboards that is voluntary stocked and kept. Our Club will be working to build at least six Little Libraries to be placed around the community - the Club was able to list nine local businesses where they thought a book exchange would be useful. Gordon Beatie is willing to cut the wood, club members are needed to assemble, paint and stock the libraries as well as talk with community organizations and businesses to adopt a Little Library on their business grounds. Joanie Bumpus, Club Community Service Chair, will lead this project but your support is needed.
