December MEETINGS.... Tuesday, December 21, at Players Pizza, Noon Vocational talks....discussion tree recycling projects....projects for next year (Daffodil Run!!) From Pres Joyce: So excited....at our December 21 meeting we will be inducting two new members...come and see how we're growing and welcome the great folks that are becoming Penn Valley Rotarians... MARK YOUR CALENDARS... Holiday Market WOW donation days... asking folks to donate their WOW points to our Penn Valley Rotary account ...these points help us purchase food for the holiday baskets for our families ... Saturday Dec 11 assignments include: 10-11:30...Mike Kelley and Sue Hoek; 11:30 to 1...Mark Bailey & Tessa DeVere Holiday Basket stuffing..December 16...morning shopping, 8:30 bag stuffing ... Need 6-8 helpers to sort items into bags...Need trucks to transport the turkeys & bags to the schools...contact President Joyce at joyce@twinvalleyins.com if you can help... Also, we need volunteers to help with the Christmas Tree recycling event January 8 from 8 to 1...anyone with a truck and/or trailer is asked to help...we have 7 routes throughout Lake Wildwood to cover...thanks to Melissa Conley for stepping up to take on the leadership of this event, but "It Takes a Village" to handle this project so mark your calendars...sign up at both December meetings...
